Kitchen
The kitchen units display the clean and uncluttered lines of
the Danish kitchen company HTH with a range of Siemens appliances
including a fridge freezer, electric hob, oven, externally
vented extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher and washer dryer.

Black Granite top. To finish the effect the bathroom is fully
tiled with Porcenalosa ceramic tiles.

A built in safe will be supplied and fitted in a location to
be defined by you.
Garage
16 of the 28 apartments have the option to acquire an underground parking space
with two remote controls per apartment. The remaining apartments have parking
spaces provided above ground in this securely gated development.
